Cons : The app itself is pretty simple, but it could use a few improvements. For example, integrating with other apps would allow users to share data more effectively from one app to the next.

Reason for choosing the software : I haven't run into any issues or complaints. It works great for me and my business.

“I have been using Zoho CRM for over a year now and I love it.”

Pros : I was looking for a CRM software that would help me manage my leads and follow up with potential customers and Zoho CRM does just that. I no longer have to spend hours sorting through my leads and I get more sales now that I have been using Zoho CRM. I've been able to use the platform to automate tasks and manage leads. A great tool for my business.

Cons : It is difficult to say what I dislike about this application as it serves as a one-stop solution for client relationship management. I've used the platform and really like how easy it is to use; great design and user-friendly interface.

“manage your business only with zoho one”

Pros : Zoho is very affordable and simple to use. Because of the low cost and simple internal employee onboarding, it is ideal for SMEs. As a result of the strong integration between all the apps, data is shared easily between departments and between apps. For example, the finance team may view invoices made in CRM in Zoho Books, and all other apps have access to workers added in Zoho People.

“The best CRM I have ever used!”

Pros : It is designed to track your entire sales funnel with ease. The free trial allows you to try all of the features of the software. The features are so useful and it is the easiest CRM I have ever used. I have been using Zoho CRM for about a year, and I have yet to find a better CRM for my business.

Cons : Overall I liked the product. No cans here.

Pros : Without a doubt, the monthly amount I pay to utilise Zoho CRM is quite affordable considering the services. In addition to integrated mail templates, the daily mail quota, contact management, invoice management, and much more, I get to use the CRM.

“zoho crm ideal for small business owner”

Pros : The best thing about Zoho, in my opinion, is how user-friendly and simple it is to use. You don't need to be a software engineer or something like to create a "simple" environment.

“Zoho CRM is an affordable, cloud-based CRM.”

Pros : Zoho CRM is easy to use, and it packs the features of an enterprise-level CRM. It has a clean user interface, a simple workflow, and it's packed with features.

Cons : It can take up to four hours to get a new lead into Zoho Books. This is too long and that can be problematic when relying on these statistics regarding leads because that's not accurate!
