Cons : Need improvement in support module though many crm providers are not providing support module as a part of the package.

Pros : A simple and straight-forward user interface. Very efficient and simple to use lead follow-up system with fields adjustability and statuses to meet our company's needs.

Cons : A pre-defined setup should be provided. Also, they should introduce WhatsApp chatbot to make communication much more easier.
