“Worst product i have came through out my entire life.”

Pros : I don't have much to say about the pros of this software but i would appreciate the marketing strategy of raintech which even traped me to buy this software,every now and then the guy comes on youtube with common words 'VERY BEAUTIFUL SOFTWARE, VERY EASY-TO-USE SOFTWARE'. But the reality is quite opposite to it. Sometimes i laugh on myself with tears in my eyes that he shared a photo of him in modi style(suit and boot) receiving a award from hema malini of BEST BILLING SOFTWARE IN INDIA. I must tell, hema malini was one of my favorite actresses but now i hate her the most. ????

Cons : I have lot to say about the cons of this software..He says that this software is very user-friendly but i can say that u don't need any enemy after buying this software. Very poor after sales service. No one even care. Language barrier is the most troubled issue for north indians. I have 6-7 contact numbers of raintech but not a single person willing to assist you..while talking to them it feels like i m talking at some govt office..if i have any query today than it is sure it will be clear day after tomorrow by my side only because i will say to myself CHAL CHHOD. 80-90% of the rubbish what he told at youtube is actually rubbish..26/2/2023 was the date i have made a huge mistake that i bought this software and i can confess it as mistake because today on 3/5/2023 i m not able to use this software..Daily when i go to my store i start my PC, open this software and just watch the home page of this software and make myself happy that finally i spent 15000 and made my store digitalize. I have a very very long chat histories of myself requesting the entire staff of raintech to please solve my queries and errors, if someone needs i can share it.. when i call them then no one even pick up my call meanwhile the guy was busy in traveling, sharing a photo with goats, elephants,village boys and bullshit..From this platform i request to those who r planning to purchase a billing software, kindly DIKHAVE PE MAT JAANA.

Cons : Really local billing software. I'm not satisfied this billing software. I was installed the software but they are not providing correct billing format. Customer service too bad when I was talk to Mr reghu he's a account manager i thought I don't know, his behaviour is too bad, and i feel really bad experience in this company.

They are not returned my amount..so many times I was talk to sreelakshi (she's a sale's team) she's also not responding for my massages and calls!!! Cheating company

“Raintech is worst software”

Pros : Worst software. Very complicated. Not user-friendly. Worst after-sale service. Technician and manager after sale behave like govt company. The owner never get connect. He only looks in his YouTube videos. On repeated call, staff don't attend ur call and no matter how in trouble you are.
