“Lead Squared- Keep track of our leads and contacts without any issue.”

Pros : This is the best CRM software I've ever used. I've tried many of them and they always end up being a waste of my time and money. But LeadSquared is very easy for me to navigate and use. It puts everything together in an organized way where I can find any information I need fast. I've been able to close a lot more sales with it.

Cons : Need to improve the stability of the portal - it sometimes takes a while to catch up with all those calls being made.

Reason for choosing the software : LeadSquared is simple to navigate and use. It puts all of our information in one place, making it easy to sift through various activities I'm engaging with clients or leads.

“LeadSquared - The Ultimate Sales and Marketing Software”

Pros : I was looking for a better CRM to manage my sales pipeline, and this is exactly what I was looking for. With Salesforce, you get the basic CRM, but this takes it to the next level with the sales intelligence tools. I could easily keep track of what my team is doing, and I love the e-mail integration.

Cons : Lead generation tools sometimes lack the right functionality and this can be frustrating

Pros : I've been using LeadSquared for a few months now it has helped me immensely with lead generation and I have already seen an increase in the number of leads I close. I am so happy that I decided to give this tool a try.

Pros : It's very difficult to keep up with the ever-changing demands of today's market, but LeadSquared makes it easier for sales and marketing teams to grow their business. It reduces lead leakage and boosts sales by allowing users to capture leads across all sources in an accelerated and automated manner.

Cons : Sometimes I'm not able to access landing pages easily on my mobile device.

Reason for choosing the software : LeadSquared is a faster and smarter way to tag and qualify sales leads. It helps me convert more leads automatically to bring in new customers faster.

“The ideal CRM tool for lead creation and use is called LEADSQUARED.”

Pros : The presentation of the lead's information is organised so that the profile name, contact information, email address, and area are clearly visible. Date and time stamps are used to clearly map lead activity. We are able to add reminders to reach clients at the designated time slot promptly and identify the status of customers with various phases.

Cons : LeadSquared occasionally experiences outages and needs some extra time to recover. The call reports on the Reports page are delayed by 10 to 5 minutes. Support personnel must find a solution

Pros : It is the finest platform for a BDA or BDM to arrange their day using the leads offered by their sales heirarchy and grasp their workflow, and it also helps the employee more fully comprehend their complete day's worth of work.

“a very effective sales platform. Very simple to operate and utilise.”

Pros : Track the lead's earlier activities. lead filtration using a variety of criteria. Good user experience. Simple to use and understand the main operations. including more parameters, such as the punching order and payment gateway.

Cons : It is entirely reliant on user activity and sales due to a lack of AI and machine learning. Access to specific details can be reached less quickly or directly. There is no dashboard recommendation for previously utilised operations.

“Totally a waste of money and time.”

Pros : Not Satisfied.

Cons : I have had a very bad experience with this company. While showing the demo, they demonstrated something else and at the time of execution, they built something else. They never executed what they promised. Honestly, I was not impressed with their portal, however, their business development executive kind of begged to please take it as I have put in a lot of efforts for you. Unfortunately, I opted for their services in order to try and that was the worst decision I have ever taken. Now the person who pushed me to take their services has left the company after taking her closing commission. There is hardly anyone to help. Also, if someone is coming forward to help is again dragging time and not giving any fruitful services. I feel like I gave my hard earned money to them as charity which will not be even counted. Please take their portal on your own risk as they promise a lot but does not deliver accordingly. I don't know how come they are getting good reviews.

“VERY POOR GUYS”

Pros : NOTHING

Cons : Don't trust them. They will not stand on what they commit to do. They will just take money and then will stuck you implementation due to software limitations. In our case, Neither they had completed implementation nor refunding money
