It's quite simple. Click on Login tab at the top right corner of the website and you can register yourself by signing up. Click on Sign up here and fill in the information in the dialog box when prompted.

Yes, you do have to submit your email ID and mobile number at the time of registration.

As per our privacy policy, we do not share our customer's personal information with any third party.

No, you do not have to pay for registration. You can register at our website free of cost.

That's a bummer ain't it? Fret not, you can simply click on Forgot Password in the Login box. You will then be asked to enter your email ID. After entering your ID, you will shortly receive a mail from Techjockey.com where you will be able to create a new password.

You need to first login your account and click on Update Profile in the dropdown menu where you will be able to update your account information.

Even though we'd hate it if you unsubscribed, you can turn the notifications on/off in 'my Account' section dropdown menu.

Cancellation

No, you cannot cancel the order after generating a license since the generated license key cannot be used again. If you face any problem, you can always contact our customer support.

If you've made the payment and generated a license key, unfortunately, we will not be able to give you a refund. However, we will provide you support from our side if you face any issues post generation and activation of the license key.

Since all our products require activation through generation of a license key, none of our products are eligible for returns.

Payment

Yes, we do provide guarantee/warranty for our solutions. Once you've purchased our SaaS product, you receive a 1 year warranty on the same.
